Biography

I am a customer-obsessed commercial leader with a proven track record of growth across scale up and blue-chip enterprise software companies with a passion for the disruptive opportunities that technology unlocks.

My responsibilities are firmly rooted in delivering commercial excellence across sales, marketing, demand generation and the customer success organisations that all work closely with the service delivery teams. These responsibilities are aligned with the core company vision and product strategy to drive our desired business results.

Ultimately my goal is to unlock predictable long-term growth through a deep understanding of our core metrics and KPIs. This is all about aligning our teams, technology and data with shared objectives to stay focused and drive new revenue streams through product innovation and regional expansion.

With over 25 years of experience, I have held multiple leadership positions across technology businesses including Microsoft, Sage and Diligent where I have been responsible for commercial go to market strategies globally. My experience spans various software practices including ERP, CRM, HCM, and GRC and virtually every industry.

Over this tenure, I have developed a unique set of skills to accelerate business growth and drive new opportunities from inception to mainstream business units. This has culminated in key executive leadership roles and being part of both M&A activities as well as a tech unicorn sale in 2020.
