Morae offers support to existing clients through our online support portal, email and telephone.

Self-Service Access

Our Support Portal is a self-service online tool providing full visibility of historic and current incidents that have been logged, with the ability to update existing or log new incidents as they occur. When creating new incidents, it is essential to provide as much information as possible, as this will significantly reduce resolution time. We also offer the following additional support options:
