I also focus on expanding Morae's relationships with leading CLM technology providers while building high-performing teams that deliver measurable client outcomes.
With more than 20 years of experience leading large-scale business and technology transformations—and over a decade specializing in Contract Lifecycle Management—I have advised global organizations across financial services, life sciences, retail, insurance, telecommunications, and other industries. My expertise spans CLM strategy, operating model design, technology selection, enterprise implementations, legal operations modernization, program leadership, and AI-enabled transformation. I have successfully led complex, multimillion-dollar global programs involving cross-functional stakeholders from Legal, Procurement, Finance, Sales, IT, Security, and Risk, helping organizations modernize their back-office operations and accelerate digital transformation.
