I am a senior transformation leader with over 25 years of experience delivering Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), legal technology, and enterprise transformation programs for global financial institutions, including Citibank, Barclays, and Deutsche Bank, and most recently at KPMG.
I specialize in leading end-to-end CLM implementations, from strategy, operating model design, and vendor selection through to solution delivery, data migration, integration, and business adoption.
I have extensive experience delivering iCertis programs and have expertise across Sirion, Ironclad, Agiloft, and Leah. I help organizations modernize contract management through AI-enabled solutions, workflow automation, and best-practice governance, delivering improved compliance, operational efficiency, and business value.
