My career path includes working as an in-house consultant for a tech company, serving as an immigration attorney, and later pioneering outsourced immigration services for major law firms. In 2007, I joined Manthan Legal (later Exigent, now Morae), where I built an immigration services practice from the ground up, expanding from the first immigration specialist to a team of 200 professionals. My expertise focuses on optimizing immigration processes for productivity and creating compliance-driven, technology-supported solutions that enhance the operational efficiency of immigration law firms.

Currently, I collaborate with sales, pre-sales, and delivery teams to ensure smooth client engagement transitions from initial contact to successful implementation. By aligning client requirements with tailored immigration solutions, I focus on meeting deadlines, maintaining quality, and fostering client satisfaction. As an SME, I mentor my team, sharing insights on immigration law, compliance, and technology to deliver process excellence. I work closely with sales teams to provide strategic insights, refine solutions, and develop initiatives that meet clients’ unique immigration needs, ensuring we deliver innovative, compliant, and efficient immigration services.

With a law degree from India, and diplomas in business management, my academic background complements my extensive practical experience, enabling me to deliver impactful and compliant immigration solutions in the US and Canadian markets.
