I am an experienced CLM and legal-technology consultant who partners with organizations to transform how they use technology to achieve cost savings, improve efficiency, and prepare for M&A activity.
With deep cross-platform expertise across all major legal-technology systems, I guide clients through readiness assessments, discovery workshops, workflow design, metadata strategy, and data migration. My work helps legal, procurement, sales, and commercial teams modernize contracting in ways that reduce friction, increase visibility, and build scalable enterprise processes.
As a recognized practitioner in AI-enabled contracting, I help clients operationalize generative and analytical AI capabilities, including clause extraction, risk scoring, conversational search, automated playbooks, and schedule drafting. With hands-on experience deploying various tools, I focus on creating governance-ready, defensible AI frameworks that accelerate outcomes without compromising accuracy or risk controls.
