About Me
I am Tom Brock. I lead our Swiss practice as well as our APAC eDiscovery operations team.
I have over 25 years’ experience advising law firms and corporations across Europe, North America and Asia-Pacific on end-to-end eDiscovery best practices, data analytics and review practices with the aim of leveraging technology to better manage risks and costs. I have extensive experience working on high-profile multi-jurisdictional regulatory investigations and large-scale global litigations, with a particular focus on the financial services, pharmaceutical and automotive sectors.
The challenges that come with multi-jurisdictional eDiscovery and document review can be daunting. My job is to help law firms and corporations navigate these challenges across time zones and borders.
