Biography

I oversee global benefits and payroll operations at Morae, managing the end-to-end administration of employee compensation and benefits programs across multiple regions.

My team manages our Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), leveraging technology to streamline processes and enhance data accuracy throughout the employee lifecycle. Through close partnership with cross-functional teams and external vendors, I ensure HR operations run efficiently, accurately, and compliantly.

A key focus of my role is creating seamless employee experiences during critical transitions. I design and implement comprehensive onboarding programs that set new hires up for success, while also managing thoughtful offboarding processes that help maintain positive, lasting relationships. By collaborating closely with managers and department leaders across the organization, I bridge HR operations with employee needs and help ensure every team member feels supported throughout their journey with Morae.
