About Me

I am a Sales Director primarily focused on managing and growing strategic sector and client relationships within the DACH economies.

I bring more than 20 years of cross-border experience in business development, account management, legal operations, and resourcing across the UK, EMEA, and APAC. I helped establish the Hong Kong operations of a US-headquartered legal services group, growing the business from the ground up into a multi-million-dollar operation in less than five years. I also founded two Hong Kong–headquartered legal business solutions companies, one of which was acquired by a US-headquartered law company within its first 12 months.

Outside of work, I am passionate about travel, water sports, jewelry, writing, and music — all of which tend to compete for my time and budget. My beagle and two cats certainly do as well.

Why Morae?

Joining Morae felt like coming full circle in my career. I have business-level German language skills and began my career as a Compliance Officer (“Rechtsberater”) for a German-headquartered commodities broker in Essen following law school. I was also seconded to Berlin during my legal training (“Referendarzeit”).
