I am Carla Mendy, and I lead global operations, delivery excellence, and organizational effectiveness for Morae — helping bring our vision of integrated, AI-led legal solutions to life.
With more than 18 years of executive leadership experience spanning legal technology, managed services, cybersecurity, finance, and large-scale operational transformation, I have guided multi-region organizations through phases of rapid growth, restructuring, and strategic reinvention.
Prior to joining Morae, I served as COO at Ecko (also acting as interim UK CEO) and held senior roles at global firms including Cisco, TMF Group, and Symantec. Throughout my career, I have focused on scaling organizations efficiently, embedding governance and best practices, improving client experience, and delivering strong financial performance while aligning people and operations.
