I am Bernie Hillengas, a Senior Director in Morae’s Business Consulting group, where I focus on Enterprise Legal Management (ELM) solutions.
I help clients modernize and optimize their legal operations through technology-driven strategies. I work closely with legal departments to assess their current processes and systems, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions that enhance efficiency, transparency, and value delivery.
With more than two decades of experience in legal technology, program development, and operations, I bring a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing today’s legal teams. I’ve led complex ELM implementations, advised on information governance, and legal hold, legal spend management, and driven the adoption of analytics and reporting tools that empower better decision-making. I thrive on collaborating with clients to solve real-world problems and deliver measurable outcomes.
