I’m Alex, a Director at Morae supporting law firms in the AmLaw 200, as well as small and mid-market firms across the Southwest Region.
As an “almost lawyer”, I began my career in Foreclosure Law on the operations side, and I’ve spent over 15 years in client delivery and management roles — primarily focusing on legal, procurement, and talent. After receiving my MBA in Strategic Management and Business Administration, my focus has been consulting and client development.
Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work with a wide range of organizations—from CEB (now Gartner), where I supported middle-market HR and finance teams, to corporate function advisory and Benchmarking consulting with The Hackett Group. I’ve also supported in-house legal teams at Axiom with talent solutions and worked in business process outsourcing for law firms and corporate teams at Epiq.
I am extremely passionate and client-centered, focusing on building strong strategic relationships, helping clients navigate complex challenges, and celebrating the wins we achieve together.
Outside of work, I’m an avid outdoorsman and an amateur outdoor photographer. I’m also a self-taught chef with a passion for history, science, and technology.
