In September 2021, iManage announced the End of Life effective from December 2023 for all clients and add-ons using COM API integration. This development creates a pressing need for law firms using Milan to consider alternative solutions. Milan is a COM API based product which means that iManage will no longer provide support for it.

Chuck considers himself a recovering legal-IT professional and was a former in-house legal IT Director.
