Raj Koria is an international sports lawyer specialising in commercial rights. After a short spell in private practice he worked in-house for 8 years, primarily at FIFA and latterly at SPORTFIVE International (now Lagardère Sports) before becoming an independent consultant in 2012. He now operates a sports and media consultancy called Fortus through which he advises a range of sports clients from international governing bodies to rights agencies to broadcasters and sponsors. He is based in London and, as well as being a keen sports fan, his interests include cooking, cinema, the National Portrait Gallery and pub quizzes!
