About the Presenters

Barry Solomon
Vice President at Litera, Firm Intelligence Business Unit
arry earned his J.D. from The University of Chicago Law School, practiced law at Sidley Austin LLP, helped found Interface Software where he served as general counsel and executive vice president, served as vice president and general manager for several subsidiaries of LexisNexis, served as Chief Marketing Officer at Microsystems before rejoining Sidley as Chief Marketing Officer in 2011. In February 2018, Barry became Executive Vice President at Foundation Software Group which was acquired by Litera in December 2020.

I’ve been working in the legal industry, initially as a consultant, for 20 years. My focus has been on Productivity, Risk, Governance and Knowledge, leading me to focusing primarily on document and knowledge management solutions. For the last 5 years my role has been pre-sales, working with customers to understand their problems, requirements and how we can help.
