Gayle Littleton
Executive Vice President, General Counsel at Exelon
Littleton was named the company’s general counsel in November 2020. She serves as the top legal advisor to Exelon’s Board and senior management, and she oversees the company’s legal and corporate governance departments.

Serves as General Counsel for Global Advisory Services, as well as CBRE’s Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) business. In the Advisory role, oversee a global team providing a broad range of legal support for the various business lines, including Transactions, Advisory, Capital Markets, Property Management, Project Management and Valuations. Member of the Americas Advisory Strategy Group. As General Counsel for GWS, provide legal executive oversight for CBRE’s global, integrated, full-service real estate outsourcing business serving the world’s largest real estate occupiers across more than 50 countries. Kasey Garcia
Senior Director, Workplace at CBRE
Kasey Garcia is a Senior Director, Southwest Region Lead, and Americas Research & Insight Lead in CBRE’s Workplace practice based in Los Angeles. With a background in design and business consulting, her role is to identify the key challenges of a client’s existing workplace environment and develop a cohesive future strategy for single office locations and global real estate portfolios. Kasey specializes in creating a business case for innovation by demonstrating how data can better inform efficient and effective programming and workflows.

Brian Stearns
