I have a strong history of launching new service lines, developing cross-functional processes, and achieving results for clients navigating compliance, investigations, and regulatory or litigation matters.

Throughout my career, I’ve led large-scale, complex matters, global monitorships, and managed cross-border compliance initiatives. I’ve integrated acquired businesses and expanded operations across the Americas, APAC, and Europe. I’ve transformed fragmented workflows into unified, scalable platforms, significantly improved operational efficiency, and built long-term client partnerships rooted in trust and measurable results. I’ve also held senior leadership roles at several of the industry’s most respected firms, where I led global teams, launched innovative service lines, and drove strategic growth across diverse markets.

I’m a Certified Fraud Examiner, fluent in English and Mandarin, and hold both an M.S. and B.S. in Electrical Engineering with a minor in Business Management. I regularly speak and publish on topics such as legal technology, data privacy, and post-matter data management. I also remain actively involved in professional organizations such as ACFE, NAPABA, and AABANY.
