• Deep expertise in IP management consulting, where I’ve conducted operational assessments and led strategic projects across innovation, prosecution, and software implementations.
• A strong foundation in paralegal work, training, and legal technology adoption.
• Proven success in client success leadership, having built and led global teams, driven customer satisfaction programs, and expanded revenue through renewals and upsells.
• A passion for service, demonstrated by founding and leading a nonprofit organization supporting underprivileged children in Dallas, TX.
