Biography
I am Simon Avery, and I am responsible for the delivery of document management (DM) solutions.
I lead a team of subject matter experts assisting our clients with designing, implementing and deploying DM projects. Our clients also benefit from our global wealth of knowledge, experience and best practice and it is my job to ensure that this applied to all projects my team undertakes.
I have 20 years’ experience in planning, leading and implementing DM systems and leveraging best-of-breed technologies to ensure content is secure, managed and accessible at all times. I have significant experience in managing global deployments, complex consolidations and migrations. I have also advised a number of clients on industry best practice and aligning technology to their specific business goals to ensure that the benefits of their chosen solution are realized.
