Biography
I am Kenzo Tsushima, Managing Director in Morae’s Mind Factory and MorAI’s practice leader. I specialize in legal generative AI and solutions engineering, architecting and overseeing engagements that focus on the holistic needs of corporate legal departments and law firms.
Unifying Morae’s AI solutions (MorAI), talented legal professionals, robust process optimization and quality controls, and increasing legal technology adoption to improve the lives of attorneys and paraprofessionals, is where my passion lies. I have advised GCs, CLOs, CFOs, and other executive leadership for over a decade on best practices and how optimal can be achieved.
I am an attorney with my J.D. from the Emory University School of Law and am an active member of the State Bar of Georgia. I am originally from New York City (Queens) and hold a B.A. from Columbia University. I grew up in the consulting world and my past role was serving as a Managing Partner at an Atlanta-based boutique management consultancy. In that role, I helped clients optimize process, design technology roadmaps, and realize over $1 billion in economic benefit.
Currently, I work cross-functionally with our different business units, infusing current and future engagements with the subject matter expertise of our Legal Business Consulting, Digital Transformation, Document Management, and Enterprise Legal Management leaders. Additionally, I lead our SEEDS learning and development program for our Houston office and am a big proponent of Servant Leadership.
