iManage announced a number of end of life announcements- most notably for FileSite, DeskSite, the IDOL Indexer and the COMAPI which will end support in June 2023. This, in combination with Microsoft ceasing support for Basic Authentication for M365, means that firms still on legacy versions of the product now have to start planning the upgrade of both server and desktop to Work10.

Francesca Bartoli

Fran is a founding member of Morae’s ECG (Engage, Change, Grow) team and has many years of experience engaging with teams across jurisdictions and cultures to identify and lead solution-driven opportunities. She has worked with leading international law firms and large corporate legal teams on managing the change milestones involved in Document Management projects. Fran specialises in identifying innovative ways to manage change initiatives across complex stakeholder groups to ensure resistance is minimised, predicted and understood in advance to drive adoption. Prior to joining Morae, she was a Senior Client Innovation Advisor at Linklaters LLP where she was responsible for crafting and embedding the firm’s innovation messaging. She played a central role in empowering and upskilling people to make change and designing a programme of initiatives focused on client engagement.
